PBL Business and Personal Finance – Tatyana Pashnyak

Ms. Tatyana Pashnyak is an experienced, dedicated, and innovative K-12 teacher and college professor who provides evidence-based training and educational consulting in business, management, and marketing education across both K-12 and higher education sectors. Grounded in adult learning principles, her work reflects nearly three decades of professional experience, including serving as an AP College Board-endorsed consultant, course instructor, developer, and reader since 2019.

She serves on the core AP Business Principles with Personal Finance course development and implementation team and has been actively involved in the development of course content for the past two years. Her work also includes designing instructional delivery and implementation strategies for the course. She taught the inaugural APSI for AP Business Principles with Personal Finance during Summer 2025. Her instructional approach emphasizes problem-based learning to support sustained inquiry and effective AP course implementation. Ms. Pashnyak is also a Certified Online Instructor and Certified Faculty Developer through LERN and holds the Entrepreneurship and Small Business-Master (ESB and Design for Delight Innovator) certification through Intuit.
