Lodging Information
Washington Clock Hour Form and STEM Clock Hours
Washington State Teachers completing the Oregon-Washington APSI may apply for Washington clock hours or Washington STEM Clock Hours. Please complete the appropriate sections of this form and return the form to Tom Greenbowe, Oregon-Washington APSI Director. We will complete our information and send the form to the State of Washington. We have already submitted the necessary paperwork to the State of Washington and we are approved to offer Clock Hours. Policy for a Course Cancellation Due to Low Enrollment
*We will make every effort to run a course. However, the Oregon Washington APSI, LLC reserves the right to cancel a course when the enrollment is not sufficient to support the cost of the course. Status of each course is posted on the OR WA APSI web site and is updated every other week. We use a color code system, “Green = the course will run”. Please check the OR WA APSI web site for this information. A decision to cancel a course is usually made around June 20. In the event of a course cancellation when teachers are registered and paid, a full refund of the APSI fee is returned to the payee.
