Precalculus – Mark Littlefield

Mark Littlefield has been a mathematics teacher at Newburyport High School in Newburyport, MA since 1989.  He has taught a variety of math courses in the department with a specialization in AP math courses and Precalculus.  He has many years of experience teaching Precalculus, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, and AP Statistics.  He has been an AP Calculus Reader and Table Leader since 2010.  Mark became an AP Calculus consultant in 2013.  He has also been an AP Precalculus consultant since the creation of the course in 2023.  He has conducted a variety of College Board workshops regionally, nationally, and internationally.

Mark enjoys music.  As a high school student, he was an avid trombone player.  He currently plays the piano and trombone for enjoyment and relaxation.  He also enjoys walking for exercise.
